ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Lauren Swinford is the administrative assistant at Focus Counseling. She has a B.A. in psychology and has experience working in the administrative role for both inpatient and outpatient programs with both mental health and addiction services. She has also worked with a recovering professionals program. 

Lauren enjoys running and believes that this is an important piece for her mental health and wellbeing. You can also find her spending time with her husband and 2 daughters and being outdoors as much as possible.
