We all have different life experiences, cultural beliefs, strengths, weaknesses, obstacles, levels of support, etc. I utilize an integrative approach that allows me to work with you to tailor treatment to identify and utilize your strengths and meet your unique needs. Integrated therapeutic techniques are drawn from Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based, Culturally Sensitive, Psychoeducation, (Trauma Informed) Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior, Acceptance and Commitment, Psychodynamic, Narrative, Eye Movement Desensitization and Restructuring (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing, Parenting, and/or Positive Psychology.
My experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families coping with challenges related to stress management, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, conflict, trauma, PTSD, self-esteem, self-harming as well as many others. I have experience in residential treatment, inpatient hospital psychiatric, school-based and clinical office settings.
I strive to provide a comfortable, nonjudgmental space that helps facilitate a sense of safety so that we are able to work together to identify, develop, and achieve goals that help improve your quality of life. Watching clients grow as they learn more about themselves and how the mind, body and spirit work together in fascinating ways is what drives my passion for what I do. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my fiancé and our 3 golden retrievers, swimming with them, training or cuddling with them while reading or watching a movie.

I offer super bills to be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement. Reimbursements depend on your out of network coverage.
